How our co-operation works

The way to your satisfaction

Enquiries about legal services

Contact us via e-mail or phone and tell us all about your situation. We’re a law firm that uses modern technology, which means we also provide legal services remotely. So there’s no need to pop in and see us face-to-face. In any case, we pride ourselves on speed and a personable , individual approach – no matter what way you decide to approach us .

Agreeing prices, concluding contracts and making down payments

We always agree the price of every service we offer in advance, and only when we’ve come to an arrangement with the client and agreed the price, concluded a legal service contract, and a down payment has been made will we start dealing with the problem.

Prices

We contractually agree remuneration for the provision of legal services with the client based on mutual agreement. The amount of remuneration is determined by the type of legal solution, the level of expertise and the amount of time required. Based on the nature of the legal services provided, we set the level of remuneration following agreement with the client using one of the following methods:

Hourly rate contractual remuneration

With contractual remuneration based on an hourly rate, the client pays the lawyer an agreed rate depending on the number of hours that legal services are provided. Our usual hourly rate is 2,500 – 4,500 CZK per hour.

Act-based contractual remuneration

Act-based remuneration depends on the number of legal acts undertaken by the lawyer in a particular matter as part of the legal service. The amount of remuneration for a single legal act is agreed beforehand.
To give you an idea of costs, here are some example prices for individual acts when standard procedures can be followed:

  • Complete process for establishing an s.r.o. (limited liability company) – approx. 22,000 CZK, incl. fees.
  • Complete process of transferring real estate – approx. 18,000 CZK, incl. use of escrow account for the purchase price and submitting proposal for Land Register registration.
  • Uncontested divorce – approx. 15,000 CZK.

Flat rate contractual remuneration

With flat rate contractual remuneration we’re talking about an agreed fixed sum for the provision of legal services. We set the amount for a specific recurring period of time, usually this means a monthly flat rate amount. This type of service is suitable for clients with a regular requirement for legal services. Remuneration in this form is more convenient for us , but of course we’re also happy to provide clients with one-off legal services.

Share-based contractual remuneration

Remuneration is paid as a contingency fee, i.e. as a share of the subject matter in proceedings or the result.

For the provision of legal services outside of normal office hours (9 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday), there is a surcharge of 50-100 %. All prices are stated without VAT.
